Air intake louvers: Typically solid sheets made of PVC, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.

Louver panels: Feature small openings across the surface to allow airflow while controlling debris entry.

 

Sizes:

Air intake louvers may have widths of 8 9/16 inches or 10 ½ inches, with thicknesses ranging from 3/32 to 3/16 inches.

Other models may have widths of 700–800 mm and lengths of 2,400 mm.

Casing panels can have widths of 42 inches, thicknesses between ⅛ and ¼ inches, and lengths up to 144 inches.

Custom sizes are also available to meet specific cooling tower requirements.

 

Materials:

Louvers can be made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), galvanized steel, or stainless steel depending on performance needs and environmental conditions.
