3.What's your shipping port?
The main shipping ports are Tianjin and Shanghai. We also can ship the goods to the other ports according to the clients requirement

4.If we want to check your products quality, may I ask for free sample?
Yes, we could supply the free sample if our quotation and product size are suitable for you. You just need to pay for the delivery fee or provide courier account or arrange courier to pick up the sample from our company.

5.Could I get the installation guide if we do not know how to assemble the products?
Yes, we could provide video to show or our suggestion from technical department.

6.What is your payment term? Do you accept order online?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, Cash.
Yes, you can place order online because we are Alibaba trade assurance member. After you place order online, Alibaba Company as third party can assure the good quality and delivery on time.

7.What's your common packing and delivery time?
Our common package for the products is plastic bag, wooden pallet, wooden case or as your request.

usually the delivery time is within 15days but we still need to confirm base on your final order quantity.
