SUS316,SUS304 can be choosen depending on the water quality and usage environment ,stainless steel boards are shaped by hydraulic press mold, the standard specification is 1000x1000mm or 1000 x 500mm, they are welded on site by arc-argon welding machine,the welding surface is washed and passivated by acid to ensure the welding parts will not get rusted. Factory use unique stainless steel plate and the high difficulty  ramming formation craft to achieve the high strength requirenments with the smallest material consumption. The weight only be third of the ordinaly panel.

1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality

2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized

3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too

4.After finishing the surface finish ,our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data .

5.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .

6.The nozzle's position 's confirm also is checked by our quality control people .
